Sasha is a Gullah Geechee herbalist, spiritual practitioner, and the heart behind Sasha’s Whole Earth a sacred space devoted to healing, remembrance, and the honoring of ancestral ways. Her work is guided by spirit, shaped by lineage, and grounded in a deep reverence for the land, the elements, and the wisdom carried through generations.

Raised within a culture rich in spirituality, herbalism, and sustainable living, Sasha walks a path that bridges the physical and the unseen. As a certified Death and Spiritual Doula, she holds space at life’s thresholds, offering care that is both tender and transformative. Her practice draws from African, Caribbean, Indigenous, and Gullah Geechee traditions, weaving together a tapestry of ancestral knowledge, intuition, and spiritual connection.

Through Sasha’s Whole Earth, she creates more than products she creates tools for alignment, protection, restoration, and ritual. Her offerings include herbal tea blends, spiritual baths, smoke blends, and more, each one intentionally crafted to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Every blend is an invitation to slow down, to listen inward, and to reconnect with the sacred rhythm of life.

Sasha’s work is also rooted in Hoodoo, an African Traditional spiritual practice born from the resilience and liberation of Black people in the American South. As a Gullah Geechee descendant, she honors this lineage through select offerings grounded in traditional rootwork. These spiritually specific creations are made with care for BIPOC individuals and carry the energy of cultural preservation, protection, and ancestral reverence.

All products are 100% handmade using high-quality herbs and materials, thoughtfully sourced from local and national BIPOC farmers. This commitment reflects Sasha’s deep connection to agriculture and her pride in coming from a long line of farming families. For her, tending the earth is both a responsibility and a spiritual act one that nourishes not only the body, but the soul.

Outside of her practice, Sasha pours her love into her community and her family. Whether through shared meals, meaningful gatherings, or new experiences, she believes that joy, connection, and exploration are sacred in their own right. These moments, like her work, are rooted in intention and guided by love.
